HCLTech has launched new consulting and implementation services to help companies quickly adopt Salesforce Agentforce, especially in industries like finance, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing.
With a consulting-led approach, these services aim to make it easier for businesses to use agentic workflows that can unify task orchestration, reasoning and action execution across systems, streamlining marketing, sales, service and operations in highly regulated environments.
HCLTech leverages protocols, including the Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocol and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), to help clients streamline coordination, task tracking and visibility and drive faster and more reliable outcomes, according to an official statement.
“Salesforce Agentforce represents a transformational shift in how enterprise value is created. At HCLTech, we are not just enabling agent deployment, we are scaling business outcomes through intelligent, governed and connected agent ecosystems,” Sadagopan Singam, executive vice president, global head of SaaS and commercial application, digital business services, HCLTech, said in the statement.
“Organisations need a new labour model that unlocks the full potential of humans with AI at work. HCLTech is a critical partner for identifying and developing specific use cases with our joint customers across industries,” said Phil Samenuk, SVP of global alliances & channels and outsourcing service providers, Salesforce.
These innovations support HCLTech’s enterprise AI approach and its FY26 strategy for delivering Total Experience, reinforcing its leadership in multi-agent AI innovation.
Earlier this year, HCLTech was selected by Salesforce to join its Agentforce Partner Network, with the aim of accelerating AI-driven innovation in enterprise applications.
As an Agentforce partner, HCLTech is applying its expertise in Salesforce digital modernisation to help businesses—particularly in the financial services sector—implement AI-powered agents that enhance user experiences.
The partnership is expected to transform the landscape of autonomous and AI-enabled virtual agents, enabling enterprises to upgrade their SaaS applications with advanced multimodal AI technology and transition from basic chatbots to more sophisticated AI solutions capable of managing complex, multi-channel interactions.
One of the key projects under this collaboration involves PenFed Credit Union, the second-largest federal credit union in the US. HCLTech and Salesforce are working together to enhance PenFed’s member engagement and operational efficiency through AI-driven solutions.
