Trupeer.ai, an AI platform for creating product videos and documentation, has raised $3 million in seed funding to enhance the conversion of screen recordings into professional videos for business communication.
The round was led by RTP Global, with participation from Salesforce Ventures and over 20 angel investors from Fortune 500 firms, including CIOs and CTOs.
The funding will support Trupeer’s goal of simplifying how teams create product videos, tutorials, and walkthroughs. Its AI engine produces polished videos with voiceovers, avatars, highlights, and multilingual support from a single screen recording.
“Software should be easy to explain. But until now, making good product videos meant spending hours editing or thousands of dollars on production,” said Shivali Goyal, CEO and co-founder of Trupeer. “We built Trupeer so anyone can turn a simple recording into a polished video that’s clear, searchable, and ready to scale.”
The team claims that Trupeer is already used by over 10,000 teams globally across product marketing, training, and customer success. The platform’s AI removes filler words, generates studio-quality narration, adds zooms and subtitles, and includes a humanlike avatar. It also auto-generates step-by-step documentation with screenshots and summaries.
RTP Global’s Madhur Makkar said, “Trupeer is reimagining content creation by turning what was once complex, costly, and manual into a fast, automated, and scalable process.”
Salesforce Ventures joined the round after Trupeer won the Salesforce AI Pitchfield. The backing reflects growing interest in tools that make product knowledge more accessible and scalable across teams.
Trupeer plans to move beyond screen recordings, working on generating videos from documents and integrating with existing platforms, such as CRMs and learning tools. The long-term aim is to build a knowledge infrastructure system that allows anyone in an organisation to create, share, and access workflows and processes.
According to Crunchbase, Trupeer.ai has had a total of 3 funding rounds, which also include two previous pre-seed rounds that took place on May 10, 2023 and August 4, 2024, respectively.
